  • In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users promptly, within 72 hours where required by law (e.g., GDPR), providing details of the breach and steps to protect yourself.

  • We retain your project data as long as your account is active.

  • Inactive data is archived to secure, low-access storage after 30 days.

  • You may request deletion of your data at any time via contact@greenleaves.app, with deletion completed within 30 days and confirmation provided.

  • Access your personal information (GDPR Article 15).

  • Request correction or deletion of your data (GDPR Article 17).
